The OPNA Survey will be given to all 6th, 8th, 10th, and 12th grade students on Tuesday, November 28, 2023. The purpose of the survey is to gather information needed to plan prevention and intervention programs in our community and schools.
If you do NOT want your child to take the survey, please sign the opt-out form and return it to the school no later than Friday, November 17. The form is in the Public notices, PARENT notifications, and the Counselor's Corner folders in the Document Section on the Main Menu.
