We will be conducting the Oklahoma Prevention Needs Assessment survey with all 6th/8th/10th/12th grade students on Feb 4th. This survey gathers information on student behaviors and beliefs and is used to plan prevention and intervention programs. For more information see the attached letter or contact the school office. If you wish to opt your student out, please let the office know in writing.
