Dear Bear Fans,
Friday December 16th has been set for pickup for the old gym floor pieces. Personnel will be available from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Submit your payment and receive your receipt from:
Nicole Barfield at the CPS administration office. 910 Bust Ave. Cheyenne, Ok
Payment can be made by mail:

Payment must be made first before picking up your items. Please have your receipt when picking up your items.
Pickup location will be at the old gym location. Floor pieces will be loaded from the bus barn (south big door) on the East side.
*****Please note that the floor pieces are heavy and awkward to handle.*****
If you cannot arrange for pickup on that date, please notify us and we will try to accommodate another date/time.
