Staff,
The CPS BOE directed Mr. Trammell to develop a reopening plan to communicate with the staff and community. This Administrative Regulation document will be approved at the regular meeting on August 6th. The plan is to include the requirement of face coverings at this time. RMC has been identified for the 2nd week in a row to be ORANGE by the OSDH alert system. This is to protect not only staff and students, but the families at home.
CPS will exercise 12 days of Extended/Blended Returning to Learning plan that will start on August 13th and end on August 28th. The first day of on campus learning will begin on Monday, August 31st.
Thank you for your cooperation and understanding. We have a tremendous task and responsibility before us. Together, we can and will be successful.

Thank You to everyone who participated in the meetings today. We hope to have a board approved plan by this Friday. Your input is valued and appreciated.
Robert Trammell

Parent forum July 28th @ 6 pm in HS Gym. https://www.cheyenne.k12.ok.us/article/275398?org=cheyenne-public-schools

Based on current local events, Face Coverings are now HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to enter CPS buildings until further notice.

Gym floors and auditorium stage are being refinished and are closed at this time. Please do not enter these areas until further notice. Thank you.

CPS is asking that each student help provide their classroom with wipes and/or hand sanitizer. Each student will also need several individualized facemasks that are NOT disposable so they may be cleaned and reused as needed on a regular basis.

Reminder: Student Athletes must have a cleared physical on file with the school by 7/15 or they will be unable to participate in practice, scrimmages, and/or games. Students that completed physicals on their own will need to take a copy to their coach at the first practice.
